Skirts Over Pants & Forks Over Knives

2014 brings about new beginnings, new trends, and yet another motivated month(s) to bust your ass to get skinny, in hopes that your new workout routine and diet last until bikini season. 1. I WILL go to bikram AT LEAST three times a week 2. I WILL vow to eat a more plant-based diet. 

Bikram became my religion for months leading up to our wedding this past September. It is the most challenging thing my body and mind have done together and the results are mind-blowing, to say the least. 


Bikram, diet and fashion are like pickled ramps, gin and a martini glass. They need each other. 


That said, skirts over pants are my next fashion project. As effortlessly demonstrated by Alexander Wang, Emma Stone, and the lovely Leandra Medine of The Man Repeller, it can be rocked. I will need to shrink my athletic legs (bikram + veggies)to pull this off. Challenge accepted. Inspo below #skirtsoverpants
